Last year the band had a great year from all the football games to the Spring Concert.  The band attended a Pre-Marching Contest Saturday , October the 2nd, ; where the band played their selection.  The theme for that year was "James Bond." The songs are: Goldfinger, Live and Let Die, and For Your Eyes Only.  The band received second division. At the annual Marching contest the band traveled to Abilene and received a 1,2,2 which was a second division.  During the concert season the band traveled to Anson  and preformed, "The Ringmaster", Rhythm Machine", and "Pinnacle".  The band received a 1,2,2  which was a second division also. The band then had sight reading with the song "Argon", which received a first division. The band also had several students that participated in Solo-Ensemble.  At that contest Kim Baugus, Kali Roberts, Ryan Green, and Chris Weihert, all received a first division.  Rebecca Rodriquez and Danielle Dickerson both made a second division on their solos. The band Beau and Sweetheart were Lauren Yeater and Eric Barton.
