1994 Softball History

The first time that they let girls play Softball as a team sport to represent Coahoma was in 1994.  For the first time girl Softball team those girls did excellent work.  Those girls had fans behind them all the way.  Not only was the community behind them but so were the faculty and other students.  They were excited about playing and wearing the school colors, red and white.

"I was very pleased with the effort these ladies put forth.  We played a very demanding schedule and faired well against many larger schools.  Our season ended at Bi-District by the eventual 3rd place at the state tournament.  Other than that it was a successful year," said Coach Randolph.
