The year of 2004 was a very exciting year for both girl's and boy's track. The district meet was held in Coahoma. The boys had 3 advance to regionals: Sam Tindol in the 400m, Joe Holguin in high jump, and Andrew Brown in the discus. The girl's side had 4 advance. Sterling Gee in the 100 hurdles, Miranda Hester in the 400m, Sarah Bartlett in the mile and two mile, and Monica Morelion in the mile. The girl's mile relay team consisting of Miranda Hester, Sterling Gee, Mendy Morgan, and Sarah Collom were invited to the Texas Relays in Austin, Texas. Sterling also went for the 100 hurdles. The coaches were Coach Logan, Coach Sprinkle, and Coach Gafford. |
